Analysis Group President Pierre Cremieux will join the “No Poach Approach in the United States and Beyond” panel (June 27, 16:30–17:30 WEST) at the ABA’s 2022 International Cartel Workshop. Panelists will include Renata B. Hesse (Sullivan & Cromwell), Frank Montag (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer), Barbara Rosenberg (Barbosa Müssnich Aragão), and Diogo Thomson de Andrade (Brazilian Administrative Counsel for Economic Defense). They will discuss multi-jurisdictional trends in no-poach investigations and share lessons from recent high-profile prosecutions and enforcer announcements. The session will be moderated by W. Jeremy Robison (Gibson Dunn & Crutcher).
